App Functionality: To provide core app features and services.
Personalization: To tailor content and recommendations based on user preferences.
Analytics: To improve our app's performance and user experience.
Communication: We may use your Email address to communicate with you about organization specifics, 
and by using this application you agree to opt in to receiving such communications.
You may opt out by simply deleting the application and requesting no further communication by emailing M.
Publication: Submitted data may be assembled and/or altered for purposes of publication, as set forth in the organizations manual.
By agreeing to this privacy policy, you acknowledge that you have read the organizations manual and agree with the use of data set forth therein.
By submitting this data through this application, you hereby agree to waive all copyright and related rights to it and grant the same the Svana Lux organization and/or it's affiliates.
You further grant permission for the Svana Lux organization and/or it's affiliates to use, modify, distribute, and reproduce your work freely, without any restrictions or further permission.
This waiver applies worldwide and perpetually.
3. Data Sharing
We do not share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. User Control
Users cannot manage their personal data through the app settings:
Account Deletion: Parts of the app require user email addresses do not change for authentication purposes, modifying the email address is disabled.
Users can request to have their account closed and/or deleted by emailing M. Data is deleted generally immediately not to exceed 90 days.
5. Compliance with Laws
Our app complies with relevant privacy laws, and by using the app, you agree that all usages and privacy rights shall be governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi.
